These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AntiLogin.Com service (the “Service”), including our website, applications, APIs, and related services. The Service is a B2B and B2C SaaS anti-detect browser for team collaboration and isolated session storage. You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and the rules/terms of any third-party services you access using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@antilogin.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Plans, Billing, and Free Plan

  • We offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • There is no trial period. We offer a free plan that allows up to 5 profiles.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. The payment method on file will be charged at the start of each billing period.
  • Auto-renewal: paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Crypto payments do not auto-renew.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is completed.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Purposes

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules/terms of any services you access. You must not use the Service for any prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any law, regulation, court order, or governmental sanction.
  • Violating the terms, policies, or rules of any third-party service, platform, or website.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, carding, money laundering, or other financial crime.
  • Credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Malware distribution, spyware, ransomware, botnets, or other harmful code.
  • Spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive engagement.
  • Ad fraud, click fraud, fake reviews, or manipulation of metrics.
  • IP infringement, privacy violations, or unlawful data collection.
  • Scraping or automated access where prohibited by the target service.
  • Evading bans or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing access beyond your plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

5. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Compensation for eligible outages is described in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the Service and all related IP. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your data.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party services or their policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Refunds are not available for recurring payments and are subject to eligibility conditions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 1 MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on our website, and the updated date will reflect the latest changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
