Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the AntiLogin.Com Service on https://antilogin.com.

1. Eligibility Window

Refund requests are eligible only within the following timeframes:

  • 14 days from the initial purchase date for EU and US customers.
  • 7 days from the initial purchase date for customers in all other countries.

The eligibility window is based on your billing country or residency at the time of purchase.

2. Usage-Based Eligibility

A refund is available only if all of the following are true:

  • The request is submitted within the applicable eligibility window.
  • No profiles have been created.
  • No profiles have been launched or used.
  • The Service has not been used for any prohibited purpose.

If any profile has been created or launched, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. No Refunds for Recurring Payments

Renewals or recurring payments are non-refundable. Only the initial purchase of a paid plan may be eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Fee

If a refund is approved, a processing fee of $2 will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Prohibited Purposes (Refunds Void)

Refunds are not available if the Service is used for any prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any law, regulation, court order, or governmental sanction.
  • Violating the terms, policies, or rules of any third-party service, platform, or website.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, carding, money laundering, or other financial crime.
  • Credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Malware distribution, spyware, ransomware, botnets, or other harmful code.
  • Spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive engagement.
  • Ad fraud, click fraud, fake reviews, or manipulation of metrics.
  • IP infringement, privacy violations, or unlawful data collection.
  • Scraping or automated access where prohibited by the target service.
  • Evading bans or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.

6. Compensation for Service Outages

If a verified outage caused by us prevents normal use of the Service, you may request compensation by submitting a support request. Compensation is granted as service credit equal to 24x the verified downtime.

Example: 1 hour of verified downtime = 24 hours of service credit.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the outage, and downtime is rounded up to the nearest full hour.

7. How to Request a Refund

Submit a request to support@antilogin.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Reason for the request

We aim to review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account. We will investigate all chargebacks and may dispute those that are invalid or fraudulent.

9. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
