Create and Run a Profile

A profile is a separate browser environment for a specific account, geo, offer, client, or project. Create a separate profile for each account that should not overlap with others.

Before you start

  • You are in the correct workspace.
  • Your role can create or edit profiles.
  • If you need a proxy, it is already added to the Proxies section or you have the details to add one.
  • You know the purpose of the profile: a social network, ad account, YouTube, marketplace, CRM, or another service.

Create a profile

  1. Open Profiles in the left menu.
  2. Click New Profile.
  3. On the General tab, enter a clear name. A useful format is geo, service, account number, or client — for example, US Meta acc-03.
  4. Add a description if you need to record the profile purpose.
  5. Check the selected OS preset. For a new profile, the application automatically suggests a preset that matches the operating system and architecture of your device.
  6. Select an existing proxy or add a new one in Proxy.
  7. Assign tags to filter profiles later and grant team access.
  8. If needed, add URLs in Cookie Robot: they open after you click Save and Run. You can also import cookies from JSON or Netscape cookies.txt.
  9. Review the remaining tabs: Startup & Storage, Automation, Network, Fingerprint & Hardware, Screen & Media, and Privacy & Environment.
  10. Click Save or Save and Run.
  11. Check the table to make sure the profile name, proxy, and tags are shown.

Run a profile

  1. In the Profiles table, click the green triangle button in the Actions column.
  2. If the profile uses a proxy, wait for its automatic check.
  3. Wait for the browser window to open.
  4. Complete the required account actions.
  5. Close the profile and wait for synchronization to finish. Do not close the application or turn off the computer while synchronization is in progress.

To start or stop several profiles, select the required rows in the table. On the bulk actions bar, click the green start button or the red stop button.

Edit a profile

You cannot edit a profile while it is running or launching. Stop it first.

  1. Open the three-dot menu in the profile row and click Edit.
  2. Change the required settings.
  3. Do not change the fingerprint and network settings without a reason if the account is already warmed up and in use.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a profile

You cannot delete a profile while it is running or launching. Stop it first.

  1. Open the three-dot menu in the profile row and click Delete.
  2. To delete several profiles, select the required rows and click the trash icon on the bulk actions bar.
  3. Deleted profiles move to Trash in the left menu.

In Trash, you can restore one or several profiles or delete them permanently. Deleted profiles display their remaining storage period. Permanent deletion removes profile data, snapshots, and session history and cannot be undone.

If another user is already using the profile

If another workspace member has launched the profile, the Takeover button appears instead of the launch button.

  • Click it and choose Request access to ask the user to finish their work and release the profile.
  • A workspace administrator can also select Take over. This immediately ends the other user's session: their browser closes and the profile starts synchronizing. Unsaved data may be lost.

Use takeover only when the work cannot wait for the current session to end.

Practical tips

  • Do not use one profile for multiple independent accounts.
  • Do not launch a profile without a proxy if the account should work from a specific geo.
  • Do not rename profiles randomly: clear names save time for support and team work.
  • Use tags from the start; otherwise, a large profile base quickly becomes difficult to manage.
  • For maximum consistency, match the profile to the device where it will run: Windows profiles on Windows and macOS profiles on macOS. AntiLogin automatically selects compatible settings and suggests consistent fingerprint parameters.
  • Leave network and environment settings in Auto unless you have a specific reason to change them manually: when a proxy is used, they adapt to it. Manually set language and timezone values do not change when the proxy changes.
  • Avoid exotic combinations of settings unless you have a clear task. Common, consistent sets of parameters are usually more stable.
  • Profile synchronization is limited to 1 GB of data. If the snapshot exceeds the limit, the profile remains only on this device and changes are not synchronized. Clear site data in the running browser and remove unnecessary extensions, then close the profile again to resume synchronization.

If the profile is not created, visible, or launched

  1. Check the required profile name.
  2. Make sure you have permission to create or run profiles.
  3. Clear name and tag filters.
  4. Switch to the correct workspace.
  5. If the profile does not launch, check the proxy, system resources, and application updates.
