Review Team Activity and Sessions

Logs show how your team works with profiles: user actions, settings changes, and session duration. Use them to understand activity in a workspace and find opportunities to improve your process.

Before you start

  • You are in the workspace whose activity you want to review.
  • Your role has the View logs permission.
  • The selected workspace plan includes logs.

Open the logs section

  1. Open the Profiles page.
  2. Click the Logs icon next to the page heading.
  3. Select the required tab: Activity log or Profile sessions.

Tooltip

Activity log

The Activity log shows actions in the current workspace:

Activity log

  • creating, launching, stopping, editing, and deleting profiles;
  • adding, checking, editing, and deleting proxies;
  • creating, editing, and deleting tags;
  • inviting and removing members and changing their permissions.

The table shows the date, user, action, profile, target, and event details. To find a record, use the Action type, Date from, and Date to filters. If the list is too narrow, clear the filters or expand the period.

Profile sessions

Profile sessions shows the history of profile launches:

Profile sessions

  • start time;
  • the user who launched the profile;
  • profile name;
  • stop time;
  • run duration;
  • active session status.

For an active session, the end time is replaced with the Active status. Use dates to compare run duration and see team workload for the required period.

Session filters

If you cannot find the required event

  1. Check that the correct workspace is selected.
  2. Open the appropriate tab: Activity log for actions or Profile sessions for launches.
  3. Clear the filters and expand the date range.
  4. Make sure you have the View logs permission and the selected workspace plan includes logs.
  5. If the permission was granted recently, restart the application.

If the Logs button is not displayed, ask the workspace administrator to check your permissions and workspace plan.
