Add a Proxy
A proxy defines the external IP address of a profile. For multi-accounting, it is one of the key environment settings: profile, geo, language, time zone, and IP should look consistent.
Before You Start
- You already have a proxy purchased from a proxy provider or a specialized proxy service.
- You have the connection details: type, host, port, and login/password if required.
- AntiLogin supports
HTTP,HTTPS, andSOCKS5. SSH proxies are not supported. - Your role allows you to manage proxies.
- You are in the correct workspace.
Add a Proxy While Creating a Profile
Use this flow when you are creating a profile and want to assign a new proxy immediately.
- Open the profile creation window.
- Go to the
Proxysection. - Click
Add new proxy. - Fill in the proxy fields.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
Name | Optional name that helps you recognize the proxy in the list. |
Type | The type issued by your provider: HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5. |
Host | Proxy IP address or domain without the protocol. |
Port | Connection port. |
Login | Username, if the proxy uses authentication. |
Password | Password, if the proxy uses authentication. |
IP Change URL | Optional IP rotation URL, if your provider issued one. |
Before checking and saving, make sure the Type field matches the type issued by your provider: HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5.
After filling in the fields, click Check Proxy to test the connection. If the check succeeds, click Add Proxy.
Quick Input in the Host Field
You can paste a full proxy string into the Host field. A valid string in a supported format is parsed immediately on paste: AntiLogin fills in Host, Port, Login, and Password. If you type the string manually, AntiLogin parses it after you move to the next field.
Supported formats for the Host field:
| Format | How AntiLogin fills the fields |
|---|---|
host:port | Host and Port |
host:port:login | Host, Port, and Login |
host:port:login:password | Host, Port, Login, and Password |
host:port:login:pa:ss | Everything after the third colon goes into Password: pa:ss |
Formats like login:password@host:port and protocol://host:port are not parsed in the single Host field. For those strings, fill in the fields manually or use Proxy Manager import if it is available in your app version.
Save the Proxy to Proxy Manager
When adding a proxy from a profile, you will see the Add to Proxy Manager checkbox.
It is off by default. If you leave it off, the proxy is attached only to the current profile and will not appear in the global Proxy Manager list.
If you enable Add to Proxy Manager, AntiLogin saves the proxy to Proxy Manager. You can then assign it to other profiles without entering host, port, username, and password again.
Add a Proxy in Proxy Manager
Use this flow when you want to save a proxy in the workspace first and assign it to profiles later.
- Open
Proxy Manager. - Click
New proxy. - Fill in the same fields:
Name,Type,Host,Port,Login,Password, andIP Change URL. - Click
Check Proxyto test the connection before saving. - Click
Create Proxy. - Make sure the proxy appears in the Proxy Manager table.
A proxy added directly in Proxy Manager is saved to the shared workspace list and can be assigned to profiles.
Add Multiple Proxies
You can add several proxies at once in Proxy Manager.
- Open
Proxy Manager. - Click
Bulk Import. - Paste the proxy list into the manual-entry field or upload a text file.
- Optionally add a prefix to be used in proxy names.
- Confirm the import.
The bulk-import window shows the supported line formats.
Assign a Proxy to a Profile
If you need to change a proxy, open the profile edit page and choose a proxy from Proxy Manager or add a new one.
- Open a profile for creation or editing.
- In the
Proxyblock, choose a proxy from Proxy Manager or add a new one. - Run
Check Proxyif you are changing the connection. - Save the profile.
To assign or remove a proxy for several profiles at once, select them in the Profiles table, click the proxy settings button in the bulk-actions bar, then choose a proxy or the no-proxy option.
If a proxy has an IP Change URL, an IP rotation button is displayed next to it in the profiles table and Proxy Manager. For more about proxy checks and IP rotation, see Check and Rotate a Proxy.
When a profile starts, its assigned proxy is checked automatically. A successful result remains valid for 10 minutes, so no repeat check is performed during that period.
If the Proxy Does Not Save or Work
Important: AntiLogin is not responsible for proxy availability. Availability, speed, geo, and blocks depend on the proxy provider and regional restrictions. If a proxy fails the check, contact your proxy provider and make sure the selected proxy type matches the type they issued.
- Check that the selected type is correct:
HTTP,HTTPS, orSOCKS5. - Check host and port for extra spaces.
- Check the login and password.
- Make sure the proxy is active on the provider side.
- If
Check Proxyreturns an error, test the same proxy outside AntiLogin or request a replacement from your provider.
